To our loyal Knights,
This weekend (as of at least 2PM Friday GMT+8) it appears that Offgamers has been having issues informing us of top-ups.
As the relevant personnel at Offgamers do not work weekends, we've been unable to get in immediate contact with them, however we've let them know and the issue should be resolved on Monday.
We've disabled from our end further top-ups (you will receive an error that states the "Publisher's server is down"), so no other people experience this issue in the meantime.
For those of you who have paid but not received e-Points, I urge you to forward me a copy of your Offgamers e-mails (and remember to include your account name!) at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will top your account up manually.
If you don't, don't fret too much -- we'll be in contact with Offgamers first thing Monday morning and sort the rest of the top-ups out, so you should receive your e-Points on Monday.
